In 2015 we will have the option to renegotiate our current contract.  We have assembled a Bargaining Team, along with the COBEA Executive Board have voted to send notice to the City of Bend regarding our intent reopen our contract.  We anticipate bargaining meetings to begin in January or February of 2016.  Please contact your area Steward or Bargaining Committee team member to get all the latest information about bargaining.  We will also hold site brown bag meetings to discuss the progress of the negotiations.
 

Our contract is YOUR contract.  Wages, Benefits, Retirement ...it's a COBEA thing!
