Quarterly Membership Meetings
Our general membership meets formally 4 times a year to discuss Association business, review policies and proceedures, introduce new benefits, make decisions thru voting, gather information and concensus and share ideas. We even provide dinner.
Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Monday of January, April, July & October. Please watch your area COBEA bulletin board for places and time.
These meetings are a SMART way to stay involved, let your voice be heard and help govern your Association.
Executive (Eboard) Meetings
Your Executive Team (or Eboard) meet formally once a month, generally on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Members are welcome to attend, but cannot participate in the actual voting of agenda items. The Eboard may choose to go into Executive Session (closed session) should sensitive material need discussion, such as investigations, disciplines or grievances. If you are intested in attending, please contact an Officer or Steward.
