Audit Committee - Verify accounts payable, accounts receivable and receipts annually.

Budget Committee - Help create the budget for each calendar year.  Decide what the target amount for sustainablity is and develop a plan to get to the target.  Work with the Dues Committee.

Dues Committee - Make recommendations based on membership survey and input for dues increases to sustain working capital for COBEA.  Works with the Budget Committee.

Election Committee - Create ground rules for each election, create election nomination and election ballots, organize and participate on the election tally committee.
